β¨Product
Prutopia can be analyzed both as a protocol and as a product. Both aspects represent the construction of a solid three-stage path that will allow for the creation of a work profile for the entire internet.
CV Standard: A resume that becomes the internet standard in terms of structure and content. This benefits professionals by eliminating the need to have expertise in industries they are not familiar with, and also helps recruiters and companies save hours of work analyzing and transforming CVs. The professional is provided with a digital profile at app.prutopia.io, as well as a PDF document following the structure mentioned below.
Work Profile: The ability to create a visually appealing window to the world, with opportunities for differentiation (100% customizable).
Work Reputation: The development of a reputation protocol that enables its use in other contexts (e.g., finance).
Stage 1: CV Standard
Users can create their resume with Prutopia and easily obtain an optimized CV suitable for ATS filters.

The optimization occurs on two levels: structure and content. Regarding structure, the Harvard model is used β a format widely accepted within the recruitment industry. In-depth studies are conducted, including research on commonly used models, input from industry specialists, and testing with ATS systems, to validate the most effective format. These studies analyze the sections, order, and other relevant elements

Regarding content, previously evaluated criteria are used to ensure a stronger presentation of the professional (for example: describing work experience in 5 or 6 bullet points, ideally highlighting metrics and results). Combined with ongoing analysis of roles at leading companies worldwide, this provides a solid foundation for offering AI-powered optimization suggestions to the user.
Experiences
Users can add as many work and educational experiences as they wish (with detailed distinctions between different types provided).
This can be done manually or through the βUpload Existing CVβ or βImport from LinkedInβ functions, both of which use GPT-powered processing to make the initial input experience significantly easier.
All experiences are recorded on the blockchain, creating a unique, public, and immutable log. This means users can edit or delete experiences, and those changes will be reflected on their Prutopia profile β but earlier versions will remain on the blockchain and can be accessed by any third party with the technical knowledge to retrieve them.
Send CV
The platform allows users to send their resume directly from the Prutopia interface to potential employers. The recipient will receive both the static format (a PDF optimized for ATS) and the dynamic format (a link to the Prutopia profile).
Users can also save a message template to avoid overwriting it when contacting multiple employers and can add additional details such as location, salary expectations, and more.
The employer receives this information by email in a commonly preferred format, including all necessary details.
We also provide automatic translation between English and Spanish, allowing professionals to avoid creating multiple versions of their CV. They can choose the language in which to send it, and recipients can choose the language in which to view or download it.
Download CV
If the professional prefers, they can also download the ATS-optimized CV and use it independently, outside of the Prutopia platform.

Protocol
Prutopia has developed a protocol comprised of 3 smart contracts that enable the registration of work and educational experiences, as well as user data registration (if necessary). This allows the infrastructure layer to be built on an immutable database (blockchain, in this case, Polygon) so that users can have control over their data independently of Prutopia as an organization, and other protocols and projects can use that information freely if necessary.
Prutopia also provides an API for those who wish to integrate easily for reading and writing such data.
Details about this information can be found in the Architecture section.
